With more than 10 years of experience, the stylists at Poochie Pet Spa in Norwood are dedicated to leaving your pups feeling their best. After a brief consultation, you can select basic grooming services and several extra services for your pet. First opened in 1997, The Pet Spa & Resort in Franklin has been a popular spot for those looking to pamper their furry friend. The business also offers daycare and boarding services, with large indoor and outdoor play areas, skylights in kennel areas, beds, blankets and toys to keep them occupied.

The facility also has daycare services available, and each pet must pass a behavioral assessment to participate to ensure the safety of all pets.

The treats they offer include chicken and peanut butter jerky known as "Doggy Crack," pumpkin-turkey food topper, blueberry bacon biscuits and even customizable, shelf-stable dog birthday cakes. The store also offers self-wash stations for guests to groom their pooch without making a mess at home. The base $19.95 price for a 30-minute session includes an apron for you and dog shampoo, brushes, scrubbies, towels and pet dryers for your pup.

As a result, both of the store's locations in Ridgewood and Ramsey specialize in hormone- and steroid-free products, as well as all-meat chews, raw food, supplements and freeze-dried meals.
