Jessica Alves shows off the results of her FIFTH facelift as she heads to a hair salon just days after undergoing the same surgery in Turkey as Katie Price

Jessica Alves showed off the results of her latest facelift as she headed to a hair salon in north London on Friday.

The TV personality, 41, went under the knife after she said dissolving dermal fillers left her with so much excess loose skin around her face that she could 'pinch and pull away four inches of skin'.

Jessica appeared in high sprits as she covered her recent surgery scares with a matching scarf.

She put on a busty display in a black, white and gold baroque jumpsuit which teamed the look with a pair of simple black pumps and toted her belongs in a black Lady Dior bag.

The star flashed the camera a smile before heading into Neto Hair salon to get her extensions done.

Jessica flew to Turkey to get a ponytail facelift - a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that tightens the skin in the face and neck which uses staples in the hairline.

The TV star, who has spent than £1million on over 100 procedures, said she is now 'super happy' after the work done by Cagdas Orman at Trioclinic in Istanbul and does not intend to have any more cosmetic surgery in the future.

Jess has just landed back in the UK after getting her fifth facelift by the same plastic surgeon who has worked with Katie Price.

But following the procedure, Jessica told MailOnline that she quickly needed a ponytail facelift after her quest to look more natural had unforeseen consequences which set her back a staggering £12,000.

She said: 'If I pinched myself three or tour inches would come off in my hand. It was very elastic, like rubber, so the doctor was able to remove five inches of my skin.'

She then warned younger generations that the procedure does not prevent ageing and she believes it makes people look older.

Jessica told MailOnline: 'Most of us women who started doing fillers on the face 20 years ago are all dissolving it.

'These facial fillers, this hyaluronic acid does not make us look younger, in fact it makes us look older. It gives us a round puffy face.

'All these women are same age as me, 41, Kim Kardashian is 44, Christina Aguilera, we are all the same age range and we are from the era where 20 years ago we started injecting ourselves for anti-aging prevention.

'But what it does is that with time it makes our face puffy and it deforms our face.'

Earlier this year Jess arrived in Turkey for her latest round of surgery - a £15,000 face, lip and neck lift on February, 7.

The former Celebrity Big Brother star said she spends more than £10,000 a month on Botox, fillers and various other beauty procedures in a bid to have a youthful appearance.

'I spend £10,000 a month alone in face and body procedures to delay my natural aging process...

'I find myself on a daily basis every week at a different clinic in London who has the latest therapies to improve my skin and to reverse my natural aging process and, as much as all those procedures work, they aren’t permanent', she told MailOnline.
