Vehicle strikes York County hair salon, dispatch says

Police were called after a vehicle hit a Shrewsbury business on Friday, according to emergency dispatchers.

Dispatchers received reports at 10:15 a.m. that a vehicle struck the Positive Impressions Hair Salon on 228 N. Main Street.

Southern Regional Police are handling the crash, and no injuries were reported.
