Sonja Morgan Is Getting Her Hair Done for RHUGT: Photos

The RHONY alum enlisted a team of beauty experts to help her look her "best" for the upcoming island getaway with her former castmates.

Over the years, we've witnessed Sonja Morgan go through a few different hair moments, including a short snip back in 2020 and some fierce, side-swept bangs in 2021.

More recently, The Real Housewives of New York City alum showed off a fresh look, though she wasn't exactly trying something drastically new. Sonja, who will join Season 5 of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, aka RHUGT: RHONY Legacy, revealed in a June 3 Instagram series she was preparing for said girls' trip (this time to St. Barts) with some much-needed beauty updates: fresh hair color, a cut and style, and a manicure and pedicure.

"After traveling all over the place & then Memorial Day Weekend [...] I need a rehaul. I’m prepping for the [RHUGT] in [St. Barts] and need to look [my] best," the New York mom captioned a series of snapshots of herself in the process of getting her blonde tresses and nails touched up. She went on to thank stylist Marco Maranghello for the fresh "cut & style," colorist Lisa Estridge for the "highlights," and Eliut Salon for a manicure and pedicure.

The series also included a snap of her intern, who Sonja wrote was "invited for a [sic] NYC makeover haircut, Blowdry & style," because what would a day in the life of Sonja be without one of her interns?

"My team is tight," Sonja concluded her post, happy to have her beauty bases covered ahead of the highly anticipated getaway. The trip will reunite New York icons Sonja, Kelly Killoren Bensimon, Luann de Lesseps, Dorinda Medley, Ramona Singer, and Kristen Taekman as they head to Saint Barthélemy for an epic adventure.

In addition to RHUGT, Sonja will also appear alongside Luann on Luann and Sonja: Welcome to Crappie Lake this summer. In the series, the ladies trade in their Big Apple lifestyle and head to Benton, Illinois, to help residents spruce up their small town.

According to a press release, Luann and Sonja will "use their ingenuity to help improve the surroundings and rally the town's spirits," creating connections with the locals along the way.

Speaking of a rehaul, Sonja recently helped her daughter, Quincy Adams Morgan, move across the country for the next chapter of her adult life.

Following The University of Pennsylvania graduation ceremony on May 16, Sonja shared an Instagram video showing how she was helping her daughter move her things from her Philadelphia apartment to relocate to Los Angeles, California.

"My goodness, it's happening!" Sonja gushed in the clip, in which Quincy was seen jumping up and down with excitement. "We’re going, we’re going!" the college grad exclaimed.
